The look and the page shell shared by the Jev sites (lmjtfy, whiskers): the stylesheet and the scripts that go with it, the head and body, the parts a page is made of, the tags a pasted link unfurls from, and the SVG of the preview card.

Pure: no file, clock or network. It compiles for a Worker (wasm32-unknown-unknown) and natively, and everything it serves is embedded, so a page asks no other site for anything. See the README for what a site writes and what it gets from here.
