What a site needs from the Workers runtime and from nothing else: where the log
goes, and the deploy's variables. Responses are aldebaran-axum's.

failure(what) | Something the Worker got wrong, in words that carry no request. |
var(env, name) | A variable of the deploy. |
switch(env, name) | A deploy's on/off; anything else is complained about in the console and runs as off. |
Native builds (tests) have no console and write nothing.
