The files a site embeds in its binary and serves from itself, each named by its content so a long cache never serves an old copy. It was written three times (jev-ui, aifleet's directory server, lmjtfy's routes); this is the one.

Item	What it is
`Asset`	A path, a content type and bytes. `href()` is `/ui.css?v=1a2b3c4d`; `cache_control(query)` is for good when `?v=` names these bytes, a day otherwise.
`Bundle::new(&[…])`	A site's whole list. Refuses a path that is not absolute, has a query, or appears twice, and in a `const` it refuses when the site is compiled.
`Bundle::find(path)`	The route a Worker or server mounts as its fallback.
`hash`, `versioned_href`	The content name, for a file a site makes at run time.

No runtime and no I/O: an adapter turns an Asset into a response.
