The one place the estate names rmcp. 3.5.0 refuses every request after a
server/discover probe followed by an initialize without request metadata;
deizel/rust-sdk carries the fix on top of the rmcp-v3.5.0 tag. Move to a
crates.io release once one clears that requirement.
