3## Notes for agents

5**No I/O, no async, no clock, no tokio.** The website compiles this crate to wasm32
6and the daemon's tests call it thousands of times. Anything that waits belongs in the
7daemon (`crates/jevhooks-daemon/src/judge.rs`).

9**The network is the only decider.** Do not add a function that works a verdict out
10from the numbers beside the rules: the website draws `RULES`, and a second path would
11make the picture a lie. `Asked::settle` runs the network; the line it returns is
12words about a verdict the network already gave.

14**`made-up` is for tests and the website's worked examples, never the daemon.** It
15must go through `Response::parse` and `taught`, never set facts directly: an example
16that skips the thresholds shows nothing true. The daemon turns it on only in
17`[dev-dependencies]`; the website turns it on to draw its examples.
