5**An old address does not move a socket or a page's own request.** A page open
6at the old address would only break if its requests were sent on; it moves the
7next time it loads. Do not "simplify" that away.

9**Match hosts exactly.** A suffix match makes `evil-www.example.fun` an old
10address. `Canonical::of` has a test for exactly that.
