Notes for agents

• Never hand-edit whiskers/*.svg. They are regenerated by tools/make-cat.py, which takes the directory of the SVG set it reads. Change the script and rerun it.
• The SVGs animate with CSS inside the file and some states are driven by the source's own JavaScript (eye tracking, *-js ids). Android has no SVG animation renderer built in, so how the shell plays them is open.
