3Shell scripts for comparing the three hosts of the hubs. Run through mise (`mise run backend:crosscheck`, `mise run backend:host -- <host> <action>`) or directly with the tools on PATH.

5- `host <native|wrangler|celld> <start|stop|restart|fresh|url>`: each host as its own process group on its own port (celld 8801, wrangler 8802, native 8803), state under `$WHISKERS_SPIKE_STATE`.
6- `crosscheck`: builds, runs `hostcheck` against each host from erased state, compares the transcripts.
7- `probe <host>`: headers and statuses for a few odd requests.
