Notes for agents

• Everything under icons/, LICENSE and UPSTREAM-README.md is upstream's, byte for byte. Do not recolour, resize, reformat or delete an icon, even an excluded one; exclusion is crates/whiskers-icons/allowlist.txt's job. To update, copy from a clone of shuqikhor/pixel-icons (~/src/github.com/shuqikhor/pixel-icons), update the commit and date in the README, and let cargo test -p whiskers-icons say which new icons need a decision.
• The LICENSE file stays beside the icons, exactly as it came.
• Not a Cargo member: third-party is excluded from the workspace.
