## Notes for agents

- **Everything under `icons/`, `LICENSE` and `UPSTREAM-README.md` is upstream's, byte for byte.** Do not recolour, resize, reformat or delete an icon, even an excluded one; exclusion is `crates/whiskers-icons/allowlist.txt`'s job. To update, copy from a clone of `shuqikhor/pixel-icons` (`~/src/github.com/shuqikhor/pixel-icons`), update the commit and date in the README, and let `cargo test -p whiskers-icons` say which new icons need a decision.
- **The LICENSE file stays beside the icons, exactly as it came.**
- Not a Cargo member: `third-party` is excluded from the workspace.
