Notes for agents

• Outputs are generated; edit the script, not the output. The cat SVGs and sound files are regenerated by the scripts here. build-core.sh runs through mise run core (cargo-ndk and the NDK from mise.toml).
• Scripts must not assume mise or nix. They read what they need from the environment (ANDROID_HOME, ANDROID_NDK_HOME, WHISKERS_*), find tools on PATH and say plainly what is missing. A mise task is a thin call to a script; a version is never written in a script.
