Version 5: the household gains the child's character and the voice each character owns.

No table changes: household already holds one row per setting, each with its own stamp, so the new settings are rows. They are named character and character_voice:<character> (one register per character, so two devices that give two characters a voice at the same time keep both). A household with none of these rows is exactly what it was: the cat look is the character and every character speaks in the base voice.

The version moves anyway, on purpose. A build that does not know these names refuses to read the table (Damaged, then a household of defaults, which for a child is a day without limits), so a database that may hold them must be refused by that build as a newer one, not read.
